Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

1. What is the shipping policy?

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

The order status would be updated through mail as well as SMS on your registered number or mail ID.

3. Do you deliver outside India?

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

4. Can I get my order faster?

Yes, you can get express delivery if available at your location. Do let us know while placing an order, any Additional cost to be undertaken by the customer.

Cancellations & Modifications

1. What is the cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled within the 2 day time period before the product is dispatched.

2. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address during the time period of 2 days prior to shipping, you can inform us via mail/message. Please wait for confirmation from our side.

3. I just cancelled my order, when will I receive my refund?

Within 10 days after the request has been made, you will receive the refund. The time period may vary subject to national holidays and bank to bank.

 

Returns & Exchange

1. What is the return and exchange policy?

Returns can be done within 7 days after placing the order. Exchanges can only be done depending on the availability of the product to be exchanged with.

2. What are the steps to return/exchange a product?

● Update us about your will for a return or exchange with a proper reason as it would help us serve you better in the future.

● WE DO NOT HAVE REVERSE PICK UP FACILITY, HENCE THE CUSTOMER ITSELF NEED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO US.

● The cost of courier needs to be undertaken by the customer at the time of returns.

● Once the garment is received a checking of the product would be done for any kind of damages. 

● After the completion of the above a refund would be initiated in a time period of 7 working days in the requisite bank account of the customer.

●  NO RETURN NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE for goods sold during the SALE period. 

 

Payments

1. How can I pay for my order?

We have all the major payment methods available with us Paypal , Bank transfer, paytm  and bank gateways via all the major credit and debit cards.

2. Can I pay via COD(cash on delivery)?

We have Cash on Delivery available at a nominal cost of INR 200 for an order value of INR 5,000 and below.

3. What shall I do if my payment fails?

The product can be kept aside for a day as a part of pre booking policy till the time the payment is not completed. 

4. I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?

GST is goods and service tax. It is compulsory to charge GST @12%, for finished apparels and clothing. We believe in clean and fair trading, hence GST is charged as compulsory and included in the final price itself.

5. How is GST amount decided?

As per the current norms of the government GST is charged @12% on finished garments.

 

Coupons/Offers/Discounts/Gifts

1. How do I apply a coupon on my order?

It will be applied automatically during the time of offer/scheme period. Or in case of special vouchers or promo code, that can be applied by the customer.

2. Can I use Maison Shefali to send a gift to someone?

Yes, the address of the recipient can be given to us along with a message. We will gift wrap and write the message on a beautiful card.

 

Products/Services Available

1. What is the product policy?

All the products at Maison Shefali are handcrafted from beginning to end.  A slight variation in color or prints is a result of these hand processes. However, This only adds to the uniqueness and beauty of the garment having its own distinct charm and character.

2. My size is not visible on the site, can I place the order for my size, and how?

You can leave an enquiry with us through any of the media or just simply mail us at maisonshefali@gmail.com or drop a message to us on our number +91 7976973055 and we will get back to you at the earliest.

3. What happens if Maison Shefali cancels the order placed by the customer?

If for any reason we cancel customers order, refund would be initiated on priority basis.

4. Why nobody is answering my calls?

We are a small group of people working together, we might be busy working. So in case of weekdays (including Saturday) please call between 10 am to 6pm. We like to spend our Sundays and holidays relaxing, if it is anything urgent, please leave a message. We will get back to you on the next working day.

5. What are the office timings?

Monday to Saturday- 10 am to 7pm 

6. Do you take custom design orders?

Yes, we do! And that can be done as per the customer specification but the time period of delivery from the point of placement of order to dispatch would take around 7-10 days.

7. Do you have a physical store that can be visited?

No, we dont have a physical store yet. However, in case you are in Jaipur, Rajasthan, we are happy to meet you.
