Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be granted for orders returned within 7 days of delivery after a prior information through email on maisonshefali@gmail.com
  • All CASH ON DELIVERY orders will be refunded via a store credit coupon ONLY. This unique coupon code will be shared over the customer's registered email address and can be used to place a new order on our website. The code is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • All PREPAID orders will be refunded via bank transfers.
  • Refunds for goods returned would be initiated only after a thorough QC (Quality Check) of the product is undertaken.
  • Refund will be initiated within 21 business days after the product passes the QC parameters.
  • Refund related information will be provided to the customer through email within 2 business days of its initiation.
  • In case of immediate order cancellation, the refund for the product will be received by the customer within 21 business days after the request has been made. (Please note that the time may vary subject to national holidays and bank to bank).
  • NO RETURN NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE for goods sold during the SALE
  • In case of refunds the amount credited back would be after a deduction of reverse pickup charges, if any.
  • The customer will not be liable for refund in case of the following:
    • Customised product in concern of design or measurements.
    • Items that have been used or opened.
    • An item not returned in the condition it was received.
    • Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
